This helps clients to move forward and set personal and professional goals that give them the life they really want.
How does it work?
Coaching is conversational change. The role of the coach is to assist the coachee to find their own solutions to problems or to achieve goals through conversation. This can take place at work, at home, or simply meeting in a coffee shop.
It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become major problems as well as enhancing performance.

Coaching in Schools and Colleges / D.I.S.C Personality profiling
Confidence Coaching either 1 : 1 or as a group /workshop is something that Kate has a particular passion for. Allowing young people to recognise and understand the potential and resources they already have and how they can use that to take them forward in life.
Whether it's dealing with stress, issues at home or school or finding direction personally or for a career, coaching can assist with all of these areas.
Kate shares her own story as an extremely unconfident, nervous, under achieving and bullied child from which she draws useful learnings from and now uses in her adult life and wishes coaching and a more open mind set were available to her and her parents when she was young.
Kate also offers coaching for staff in all areas of their working life for improved resilience, wellbeing, stress reduction, better relationships with colleagues and career choices. The coaching can also involve identifying and utilising personality profiling.
